At Brew Watch Co., we want you to be completely satisfied with your timepiece; if you are not, we offer a 14-day return window for unworn watches in their original packaging. All returns must include the original protective plastics and documentation to be eligible for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and shipping instructions.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the watch in its original presentation box, ensuring all tags, manuals, and protective films are intact to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for reference.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our watchmakers verify the condition of the timepiece, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
